I just submitted a talk proposal for WordCamp Los Angeles 2018:
WordPress for Artists
WordPress is an incredible tool for artists. WordPress Artists’ Websites are a great way to show art, photography, and writing portfolios. WordPress blogging is a powerful tool for artists & writers to develop their personal brand and expand their audience.
Beyond this, WordPress is also a great platform for creating art projects. WordPress isn’t just a place to show work, it is a tool for making work too. From simple Photography Series to complex Counterfactual Histories, in this talk, I will show many ways to use WordPress the Art Platform. This talk will detail art options with WordPress and leave attendees with a call to action to use WordPress in ways they haven’t tried before.
