Being a decent human being even when you’re hiding behind a keyboard

I encourage you to be decent human beings not because the police or the president or your parents or your teacher or the HR director or your partner or your kids are watching, but because in the end, I believe it is the person you want to become.

Imposter Complex

It’s hard to know if our “cheesy quotations”, Hannah Montana references, other ideas, and our own qualifications, are worthy or unworthy, so sometimes we “apologize” before we put ourselves out there. It’s natural, but it’s stronger not to apologize, to just put ourselves out there and take the heat if it comes.
