Obviously I didn’t really "meet" each one of you, in a class our size that might take a lot of the semester! Feel free to drop by my office hours on M or W to actually "meet"! 😀

Still, it was nice meeting everyone as a class. Thank you all for a great discussion on Wednesday! For those of you who had a chance to speak, thank you so much for your insights! Keep it up! For those of you who didn’t get a chance to share your ideas last week, be sure to chime in during the week ahead.
Week 1 Activity Due Sunday by 11:59 pm

We’ve got 57/110 peeps, or just over half the class, so far. Be sure to do it sometime tomorrow (Sunday) and claim your 25k!
Week 2 Activities
As you know, the real Week 1/Art Idea #1 activity, Maintenance Art is an activity we’ll do during class time on Wednesday. We’ll also talk about Idea #2 this week and you’ll try a Finger Painting activity at home. You could do the Finger Painting Activity solo or with a partner. Solo or Partner will be pretty different from each other, but both should be interesting and I hope insightful. Oh, and fun!

- Idea #2 – Abstraction is Freedom
- Activity #1 – Maintenance Art
- Activity #2 – Finger Painting
We’ll do Maintenance Art during class on Wed, and you can do Finger Painting at home. Both write-ups are due on your blog by next Sunday, Feb 2, at 11:59 pm.
