Concept

A quarterly online publication. Each issue takes a unique theme. Each issue is an eclectic juxtaposition of text, images, and media revolving around that theme. A hard-hitting look at global water issues might be next to a photo series of cartoon figures frozen in ice cubes. Next to a haiku. Next to ambient water sounds.

Each issue will also take on its own design and content focus. Every issue will look unique. Its own typography. Its own shape. Its own mix of content.

Audience

Young, informed, media-connected readers. Cities. New media.

Participants

A core group of organizers and curated writers, photographers, and media creators for each issue.

Content Goals

Each issue explores a broad theme like Water or Failure. The contributions can and should be eclectic. Tear a page out of Time Magazine and tear a page out of Vogue, put them next to each other and you’re starting to head in our direction.
