From its modest home in the basement of the Cayton Center, Santa Monica College’s (SMC) radio station KCRW has grown to regional, national, and ultimately international prominence as a radio station known for informed talk and innovative music. Earlier this month KCRW moved from the basement of the Cayton Center to a new home at SMC’s Center for Media and Design.
As SMC’s most famous export, a feature on KCRW’s new home should be of interest to the campus community.
